New Renter Checklist
You must pick up and return all rental items from our West Hills location.
Before your rental can be released, please complete the steps below. Once everything is submitted and verified, we will provide your trailer lockbox code for no-contact pickup and return.
Select the items you wish to rent, choose your rental days, add them to your cart, and checkout to reserve your request.
Your checkout request will send us an email so we can confirm the item is available. Once you receive confirmation, you can pay for the rental using the link in the email or through your account options.
You must sign and submit the rental agreement online before renting directly from LA Party Rentals.
You may skip this step if you are renting from us through ShareGrid.
Complete the credit card authorization form. This may be used to pay for your rental and to cover items that are not returned, returned late, or returned damaged.
This authorization helps cover costs that may fall below your insurance deductible.
All new renters are required to provide a digital copy of a valid driver’s license, passport, military ID, or other accepted government-issued identification.
If your ID is out of state, another form of ID may be required and must match the same name.
We also require a selfie with you holding the ID.
After your ID submission is received and verified, we will provide the trailer lockbox code for no-contact anytime pickup and drop-off.
Final Step
Once the steps above are completed and you receive the trailer lockbox code to retrieve your rental item, your pickup is ready.
