After you have selected the items you want for your party, you can provide a deposit & rental fee, paperwork and proof of identity and we will send you your unique access code. Some higher-end items require equipment insurance to protect your items with during the rental and are managed through our partner Sharegrid so you can purchase insurance at time of checkout via their portal.

No-Contact 24/7/365 Pickups & Returns
We will provide you a unique code to pickup your requested rental items from our location in West Hills anytime during your rental period. Pickup anytime starting at 12:00 am on your requested pickup day and return before midnight on your drop off day.
*To keep our rental prices and overhead low, we are unable to offer Delivery or Setup services at this time.

We do offer support over facetime, phone, or text.
Due to the size of our items, they are not eligible for shipping.
After your rental is approved, we send you the lockbox code for our 5×8 trailer located on our property to retrieve and return your items at your leisure.
Office Hours are 7 Days a week from 10 am – 7 pm pst.
Our Rental Exchange System is available 24 hours a day for pickups and drop offs.
We are located in West Hills in the San Fernando Valley.
We accept all major credit cards and accept digital payments via paypal, apple pay, cash app, & venmo.
Depending on what items are rented will determine the amount of deposit or insurance coverage required for the rental. The deposit is refundable or will not be charged, only authorized on your credit card. Rental Insurance secured through ShareGrid-based rentals is not refundable.
You may cancel your rental without penalty 24 hours prior to the rental start date. If you cancel on the rental pickup day, you will be billed 1/2 the rental fee if items are not picked up.
