Please review the requirements below before pickup. Completing these items ahead of time helps avoid delays and keeps the rental process smooth.
A valid government-issued driver’s license is required for first-time renters or any authorized person picking up equipment.
If your ID is from out of state, two forms of identification may be required.
Some rental items may require annual production rental insurance, equipment rental insurance, or a credit card authorization for the full replacement value of the rented item or items.
The credit card authorization is held as a deposit and is only charged if items are not returned, returned late, or returned damaged.
Some items may require a deposit or proof of equipment rental insurance, also known as Inland Marine coverage.

Rental Pricing
Our rental pricing is structured to make short-term and weekend rentals simple.
Weekends count as one rental day. Longer rentals are calculated based on the number of rental days and weekdays reserved.
Pickup Location
We are located in West Hills in the San Fernando Valley West, approximately 2 miles north of the 101 Freeway off the Shoup exit.
Equipment Exchange Location
22537 Schoolcraft Street
West Hills, CA 91307 USA
24 / 7 / 365 access is available through our secure and monitored 5×8 white trailer lockbox located in our driveway.
Head to the rear of the trailer and enter your unique code. Your code will remain valid during the duration of your rental period.
Rental Policies
Please review these policies before pickup and return. They help protect the equipment, your reservation, and future renters.
Our location is well-lit, monitored by security cameras, and designed for safe, easy pickup and drop-off access. Most vehicles can access the driveway for loading and unloading.
Please let us know when you plan to pick up and drop off so we can coordinate appropriately. If something is lost, broken, delayed, or damaged, contact us as soon as possible.
Failure to communicate after the rental return period has elapsed may be considered abandonment and may move to recovery.
All items are inspected before departure and upon return, or typically within 3 days for larger rentals.
A cleaning fee may apply if equipment is returned after use in harsh environments. If repair or replacement is required, an estimate will be provided.
If rental items are damaged, missing, or not returned, you will be responsible for reimbursement, repair, or replacement costs.
Please keep your insurance deductible in mind, as you may be responsible for out-of-pocket repair or replacement costs that fall below your deductible.
If you accidentally return something that does not belong to LA Party Rentals, we will do our best to notify you.
Unclaimed items will be held in lost and found for 90 days.
