Rental Process

Renting from LA Party Rentals is simple: select your items, reserve your rental dates, complete the required paperwork, then pick up and return your items through our no-contact rental exchange system in West Hills.

Pickup & Return Only

We do not offer delivery or setup services at this time. All rentals must be picked up and returned from our West Hills location.

Step 1

Select Items

Browse our rental inventory and click each item you would like to rent. Choose your event date or rental dates, then add the items to your cart.

If an item requires insurance, you may be redirected to our ShareGrid profile to complete the rental and secure insurance during checkout.

Step 2

Checkout To Secure Your Rental Dates

After selecting the items you want for your party or event, complete checkout to reserve your rental request.

You may be asked to provide a deposit, rental payment, rental agreement, proof of identity, and other required paperwork before the rental can be released.

Some higher-end items require equipment rental insurance. These rentals may be managed through our partner ShareGrid so insurance can be purchased at checkout through their portal.

Please Note: We require a deposit or insurance for all rental items.

Step 3

No-Contact 24/7/365 Pickups & Returns

Once your rental is approved and all requirements are completed, we will provide a unique access code so you can pick up your rental items from our West Hills location.

Pickup is available anytime starting at 12:00 AM on your approved pickup day. Returns must be completed before midnight on your scheduled drop-off day.

Important: To keep rental prices and overhead low, we are unable to offer delivery or setup services at this time.

All rentals must be picked up and returned from our West Hills location. We can offer support over FaceTime, phone, or text when available.

Due to the size and nature of our rental items, they are not eligible for shipping.

After your rental is approved and all requirements are completed, we send you the lockbox code for our 5×8 trailer located on our property.

You can retrieve and return your rental items during your approved rental period using the no-contact access code.

Office Hours: 7 days a week from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST.

Rental Exchange System: Available 24 hours a day for approved pickups and drop-offs.

We accept major credit cards and digital payments including PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Venmo when available.

Yes. Depending on the items rented, a deposit, credit card authorization, or equipment rental insurance may be required.

The deposit is refundable or may only be authorized on your credit card unless items are not returned, returned late, or returned damaged.

Rental insurance secured through ShareGrid-based rentals is not refundable.

You may cancel your rental without penalty at least 24 hours before the rental start date.

If you cancel on the rental pickup day and the items are not picked up, you may be billed half of the rental fee.
