Four tables can provide a starting point for seated guests, with the fifth reserved for food, gifts or a sign-in area. A single 10-by-10 canopy does not cover all guests. Measure the event area, identify a level setup surface and keep the canopy clear of overhead hazards. You are responsible for transport, setup and safe anchoring.

Will the tables fit in my vehicle?
Measure the cargo area before pickup. The six-foot tables fold in half, but you still need enough space for tables, chairs, canopy and speaker.
