The kit includes a 5-section monopod and a fluid base with 360° of movement and 3 retractable feet. Manfrotto MPMXPROC5US Carbon Fiber XPRO Monopod+ The MPMXPROC5US XPRO Monopod+ from Manfrotto is a versatile carbon fiber support designed for use with DSLR, mirrorless, compact, and video cameras. A handy tool for nearly any visual artist, professional, or content creator, a monopod can often travel places tripods cannot, providing additional stability and supporting heavy equipment when required. The MPMXPROC5US features a 5-section design which, when paired with its carbon fiber construction, results in an easy-to-transport design weighing just 1.4 lb. With a maximum height of 69.3"" and a minimum height of just 19.3"", the MPMXPROC5US can be adjusted to suit users of varying heights and for various different tasks. While the design of a monopod is relatively simple the Manfrotto Monopod+ line utilizes some innovative features which make using the MPMXPROC5US fast and easy. The primary feature of the line is the inclusion of Manfrotto's patented Power-Lock flip locks which snap open and closed to ensure fast operation and a tight, unyielding lock. The D-shaped leg sections have been designed not only to compliment the Power-Locks but also to prevent unwanted twisting between leg sections and increase the stability of the monopod. Additionally, the Monopod+ line also features Manfrotto's standard rubber leg warmer for an improved grip and an adjustable hand strap for extra security. A 1/4""-20 and 3/8""-16 mounting thread is placed at the top of the monopod in the center of the baseplate, allowing users to either, direct mount a camera or lens, or use an articulating head if required. Video Head Key Features 15.4 lb Weight Capacity Counterbalance Supports 8.8 lb Bridging Technology Spring-Loaded Counter Balance The Manfrotto 502AH Pro Video Head with Flat Base is an affordable yet remarkably fully-featured a professional head that represents an advance over the popular 501HDV, with sturdier construction and featuring Manfrotto's patented bridging technology (inherited from the 509 and 504 heads). This head is designed for executing cinematic moves with compact camcorders and DSLR video cameras. The 502AH comes in two versions—the ""AH"" flat-base version such as this, and the ""A"" ball base version which is separately available. The weight capacity is 15.4 lb and counterbalance supports 8.8 lb. The balance plate's 3.27"" range allows you to correct for uneven payloads due to matte boxes or DSLR rig configurations. The bridging technology ensures that the pan friction control is intuitive and easy to set, but also protected against knocks. There are independent locks for pan and tilt, and drag for both is selectable in a continuous range from zero to the max level. This allows you to operate the head in a confident, smooth manner using the included pan bar. Pan drag and tilt drag are continuously adjustable from 0 (no drag) to the maximum level Sliding quick-release plate secured by a secondary safety system
